Happy New Year !
It's 17 degrees here.
I am going to get something affordable so I can still retire. I hope to find a small diesel pusher or something with a V10 for under 20 that will fit our needs. I have till June to find something so it's not a rush.

Hopefully it will work out Jacob.
I did not leave the house all day and spent most of the day playing with my little man. The Georgia game was an instant classic, man it was good. Mom in-law came over for New years day dinner, says she will probibly not go to visit her other daughter this summer so we are putting the motorhome on the back burner for now.

I had to go out to tge land yesterday. A neighbor and new friend only heats is wood and he had maybe enough to get thru the night. So we drove out and loaded everything I had cut. Came back had dinner. He is a carpenter and his current customer did not vive h8m the draw he was expecting.
The motorhome will move back to the front burner. It cold down here

It's only 3 days into the New year, can't give up now.
Still cold outside but at least the inside of the shop is not bitterly cold this morning. Could be worst I suppose like the panhandle of Florida and the east coast of Georgia is looking at snow and ice today.

Savannah had snow a couple of years back.
Lexie had gone thru about 50 gallons of propane for her porch heater in less. Had tank filled a couple weeks ago last n8ghtbwas down to 30%

What in the heck happened to above average temps this winter? Summer can't get here soon enough. I ordered 2 plugs I can control with my echo. I hooked it up to my TV last night so I can change the channel with my voice. My wife thinks I'm crazy but I told her it's the way of the future.

They are having someone come look at the heat in the shop. Can't see your breath but not really warm either. The cold has my arthritis killing me, my knees are the worst.

Everyone goes thru a rough time every now and then, this too shall pass.
It's 16 degrees outside and all I can think of is our upcoming cruise. I am really looking forward to warm weather, shorts, flip flops and a nice cold adult drink. I reserved us a motel room in Jacksonville last weekend. This morning I finished the online check in and downloaded all the documents I need to print.
The starter and solenoid came in for the Ford tractor this week so I hope to get it running today. Looking forward to the warmer weather forecast for next week. Anything in the 40's or 50's will be a heat wave!!

Are you getting a drink package? I think if one buys one everyone over 18 has to buy same package. Thanks to the Aholes that would share drinksto save a few bucks. Figure 8 to 10 on beer a 12 to 15 on mixed.
At least you got your parts. I have no idea when mine is coming in. The plant in NC is shutdown for weather

We are not big drinkers so we did not buy a drink package. We may pack a bottle or 2 of Champagne. We will pay out of pocket if we want a beer or mixed drink and still come out way cheaper than the package. I mainly drink coffee and tea and they are free. We plan to bring a case of Coke and buy a case of water on board so we should be good.
