Me too, sounds like they've done a few of them. I'm happy that they're not trying to half-*** the fix. I asked why a leaking seal necessitated replacement of the entire component, and was told that they've seen enough of them to know that an internal failure causes the seal. This would be about $1,500 out of warranty, so I'm happy that I caught it in time.
Wrists are a little better, but still a problem. Using a keyboard and mouse are about the worst thing for them, and I haven't found any kind of ergonomic solution for it. I pass the mouse from left to right, and alternate with a touchpad sometimes, and get by.
