Thanks! you would think I could find a teardown video out there somewhere. But they are all 205s.
First I'll give it a good cleaning and try and figure out what's leaking, but I am pretty confident it's that bearing cover on the back of the transfer case based on the fact that it's dirtier than everything else and is wet at the bottom. Also, when I look at it straight up from the bottom I see a gap and something green and plastic in the gap... scary. ha! But you don't want one of these things to fail... it's not pretty.

It worked perfectly. But something has come undone now and it shows locked Randomly. Even in neutral. I haven't figured out how it works yet. It may just be loose/shorted. I assume it's that blue wire.
But yes. It is neat to see It glow when appropriate. As litttle as I drive this truck, just an around town toy, I doubt if I ever convert to part time. It's funny to tell the land cruiser guys that it's full time and watch then scratch their heads. They thought they were the only ones. Ha.
Strangely.... in low it's still very drivable considering the 37" tires. 2:1 is not all that low of a low. But with factory tires and 410s it would be. Ha!

Yeah, the 203 is growing on me.... I want to have it rebuilt, but not sure I trust anyone to do it 
...... Those little LOCK lights are a hot commodity, so dont get rid of yours. Know one remans those and if you see one for sale, they are pricey....
