Yes..I remember those, but there not too popular at least in SoCal..... they were nice but most of the people who had them (and there were only a few) were of the upper crowd who really didn't work on their vehicles just bought them and paid people to wash, care, repair them types (not that there is anything wrong with that)....... they were a little pricey and for less $ you could do most everything for less.

Bill Stroppe, whose shop was in Long Beach, built (Baja 500 for example) and tested vehicles for FoMoCo.
Just saw a u tube on a special bronk that oneada specalty houses (contracts w/ford to produce possible models) with the intention of 351W in the bronk. It was the same motor in 'boss stang' hada special racing stripe (hockey stick shape) w/"Boss 351" onit... Was it from Stroppe's place? Shelby's? Somewhere in SoCo, I forget.

Shelby (Hi-Performance Motors) was originally located on the south side of LAX in an old airplane hanger.
If this is what you are referring to, it was a built by Kar Kraft but never made it to production. Several sources mention Stroppe as a contributor to this Boss Bronco too.
