I have a desire for LED fog lights for my 2017 6.7 diesel. One thought is Headlight Revolution LED replacement bulbs in my OEM housing. The other thought is to just replace the entire housing with a quality LED fog light. Recommendations?
I've got replacement bulbs in mine from StrictlyHID's. Theyre pretty bright but if you want really bright look up KD Fabworks and mount two of the cubes on each side; 2017 Ford Super Duty Dual Fog Light Brackets

I literally got this today. I have like 5 pods sitting in the garage, all china ones. I'll run 2 china ones. Deciding if i wanna buy 2 more Rigid DOT SAE fog lights or steal the ones from the wife's 4runner.....
After my recent (so far) good experience with Beamtech LED headlights from Amazon I'm looking into LED fog lights also. Considering Alla brand.

Looking forward to your opinion of these once you get them installed. Thanks!
Ordered the Alla LED fog lights from the link this morning. I'll post when they arrive and I get them installed.
I checked out The Retro Fit Source website provided from the other post. Everything there looks very expensive. I'm hoping for continued good luck that I got from the $36.99 (per 2 bulbs) Beamtech LED headlights I just installed.
because, 1) I wasn't happy with light output from the first ones I tried, as they made no difference in light on the road, and 2) I wanted yellow, just for a different look.
Here they are side by side:
I hope the reflector on the amber one will result in better light distribution. We'll see.
Guess 'll wait to see what you think about those bulbs. Only one review on Amazon and it says it's more of a green color. Also wondering why they are trying for a 360 degree light output when a fog light needs to be a low flat style output.
✔ Unique Quartz Tube. DuraFlux™ is the first seller, who use quartz glass tube from LED Headlight to fog light. For this H10/9145 LED fog/driving/DRL light, it built on Quartz Tube outside, so that the light angel increase from 180 degrees to 360 degrees
My new Alla bulbs aren't scheduled for delivery until Friday, and we're in the midst of a cold snap so we'll see how cold out it will be in the garage before I attempt the install.
But at any rate, I'm thinking that with the new LED headlights and the pattern that they throw on low beam, most any fog light won't be that noticeable. We'll see when they arrive.
As stated earlier, I'm not a big fog light user anyway. For this go round I'm just interested in getting a white light down there to match the headlights, especially when the fogs are on at the same time as the low beams for DRL. Right now I've got nice white headlights and yellowish halogen fogs for DRL.
Fatfender - I truly hope you get what you want out of those yellows. The writer of the description for them does not look to have been an English major!
Just installed the Morimoto Fogs. Really nice wide beam pattern and lights are not scattered. Much more useful than the stock Halogens I had. I had a set on my previous car for 3 years with no problems and are well built.

Considering a halogen bulb emits light in all directions, well, every direction except backwards, the (OEM) reflector controls the light pattern.
With an LED such as the left one in my pic, it does not actually distribute light in all directions. The reflector can only reflect the light its given, so I would say the pattern would be distorted, or in my case, based on observation, poor. I'm thinking the yellow one may work better. I'll post feedback, and maybe do a side by side at night, using only the fogs.
