carpet shop??
Does anyone know of good link or shop where I can order replacement or better carpet for my 97-Crewcab? Had girls spill orange juice in back this past weekend , had it taken to detail shop but musty smell still in it-plus it is about time to replace it anyway? Thanks

if you want to save some cash you can paint your carpet and floor mats (if they're carpet). bear with me, i know it sounds crazy. i was a non-believer until i saw it done. alot of detailers use this trick, but they don't tell. never had to do it in my vehicles though.
you have to take the carpet out so you can spray it all and get it to match. doing this will allow you to clean the padding and the steel floor, which should get rid of the musty smell, OJ is bad about that. you need spraypaint in on hand, and a stiff brush in the other. all you do is spray the carpet lightly with paint and quickly brush it in. this spreads the paint into the fibers and keeps it from getting hard and matted. if you've got some old carpet floor mats around, try it out!
