can anyone tell me how to remove an diesel injector which the #04 I think I have removed all lines, I have movement side to side but can not lift it up it is 2008 ford transit vm all the other injectors I can remove not a prob but this one will not come up I have limited room to move I have been told it will cost about 5 grand to fix I'm not prepared to pay that I have used bolt off that is how I got movement.
