I have to disagree on that. It does look like what you say, but a closer look at the tire tread you will see that is the 2012 Canadian model. The rubberized lids looks aftermarket to me.
Can only narrow it down to '11 - '16. If you look at the tailgate, I think '11 - '12 had the tailgate without the "crease" across that dipped under the tailgate handle. '13 - '16 had that crease across it. I think. I could be wrong on all counts, but I think I'm close at least.
