Anybody had any dealings with these guys I ordered a set of backup lights for my Super Duty on November 29th keeps saying awaiting shipment and can't get ahold of anybody by phone hoping Im not getting scammed from this site

They're legit. Their site says "awaiting shipment" while they're waiting for your parts to arrive from their distributor. They have been slow on communications but always responded. You should use Email. Its a way to keep a paper trail. Be patient.
Its also that time of year where people are ordering a lot.
I was 10 days or more getting LED back up lights. Slow to respond to any inquiries. They always seem to have "just gotten them back in stock" when they do reply. That's the answer that myself and others have gotten when asking where the hell the order is.
They had their one bite at the apple with me. I'm done.
The headlights seem to be hit or miss if you follow any posts here. Some guys love 'em, some didn't have such good luck.
They are trustworthy. I found out they only have someone answering the phone for a couple hours a day. I figure they are a small company trying to make a go of it and are working with minimal staff. I ordered their led headlight bulb kit for my duty. Took about a week n half before they shipped and that long again to get the lights up to Canada.
I have made several,purchases through them. Nice people to work with. They care about their customers. Products perform at least as good as they describe in their videos.
I made a purchase on 25 November and still have not received my items. I sent an email a few days ago and they responded the next day. They told me they were on back order and would be another 2 weeks. I’m sure they were busy when they had their sale going on so I’m understanding so hang in there I’m sure it will be worth that wait.
I ordered a pair of amber amber turn signals and they arrived super fast. I was disappointed to see they are barely brighter than stock. They are not worth the $85 plus shipping but I am crazy about having as many LED bulbs as possible so I will keep them.
I have their foglights. I like them. We will see how long they will last.
The good news is: the benefit of these forums is the suppliers must address these concerns, if they want a positive image in this forum. The OP, with the help from this forum, should get this resolved quickly.

Sounds like they should remove the word Revolution from their name and change it to Headlight Maybe?

Or change it to Resolution, that is what I had to do after multiple attempts to get their headlights to work on MY truck. Finally gave up and they refunded me the money.....that was my Headlight Resolution .
