Doubtful....only if the 04' is a "Heritage Edition" with a 5.4 2v engine (2v = 2 valves per cylinder). If that is the case, the engine itself will fit but the sensors and wiring harness probably will have differences.
If the 04' is a 3v 5.4 (3v = 3 valves per cylinder), then the differences become greater and the swapping is less feasible on a economical level. I'm sure it can be done with enough money and time.
