Well in Maine you might get 5’ down the road before getting pulled over for tire size, tires sticking out and truck frame height. Oh, and no inspection.

You dont have a truck problem ,you hAve a location problem. There would be no problem with that here at all. Heck the police would likely high five you. I rocked my model T speedster for 2 summers with out even an means of charging a battery much less any headlights. Basically think grown up go cart with only tubing to support seat, battery and alluminum 5 gallon fuel cell. Yea zero f**** were given. Then i built a header and 3"pipe down the side with no muffler. Never ever pulled over. Should have kept it.

That is one nice rig my friend.
Not much on the wheels either, but they do not look too bad. I think I would still have to change them out.
