Does anybody have an engine electrical diagram for a 97 7.3 in a f250? Thanks

 

I spent $42 for the factory electrical manual for my '96. It was on Amazon, best money I ever spent on this truck.


I bet that seller carries it for the '97.

 

If yours is obd2 I'll bet it's the same as mine.

But seriously, spend the $40. I have ETMs for every vehicle I own, they are invaluable.

 

^^^^^ +1; the days of "a" diagram for the engine electricals were over about the time "Mannix" went off the air... Our trucks may be older and simpler than what's shipping today, but it still takes a whole book to document the electricals, and even the engine controls take a hefty section. Surprisingly, that Amazon $40 price (1997 - ) is cheaper than anything up on eBay right now.

 

I just got a good used one for 23.50 and free shipping. Yea!!!!

Cannot beat that price!

The book helped me troubleshoot all sorts of hacker wiring, a fully clapped out HVAC system, and more.

If I could get my damned horn to work again, I would be a happy guy!
