ignition/battery
I'm new to FTE. I have a '96 F-150 XL 4.9L 5 speed. Bought it new. It's my baby. I put a new starter and relay on, now the battery reads flat zero, and the ignition is acting strange. I guess I need to troubleshoot from the key to the battery. Any hints?
