So I've read around and seen others have had similar problem but don't want to jump right in and replace the pump. The idiot light doesn't come on but it shows up on my Spartan tuner when I check. I reset it and mash the gas a few times to see if it comes back up... no. sometimes it trips and sometimes it don't. I changed the tunes and it seemed like it fixed it for a while but it came up again. help please.

 

check your fuel cooler coolant levels. if your low on fuel cooler coolant that will also cause high fuel rail pressure.
