Bed Swap

Question?

I have a 78 F-250 4WD that has a very bad bed and doors (bent, rusted out, bondo). I have found a 75 F100 with an immaculate body for $1500. Will the doors and bed from the F100 fit on my truck?

I don't want to buy the F100 if the pieces parts don't fit....
