Yes it does Pat. A lot of fire departments that have rescue trucks have receiver hitches installed on all 4 sides so that they can take a winch and install it on the side that they need it on.
That sucks. It is just like when we got a new bed a few months ago. Was having it delivered on a Sunday so we did not go too far from the house because they were suppose to call before showing up. After two calls to the store and no call from the delivery guys, they showed up about 3:30 in the afternoon. Burned my chaps and my wife let them have it.
