vibrating in rear diff!!!

vibrating in rear diff!!!

at speeds above 15 mph when i let off the gas there is a high speed vibrating coming from my rear diff.. all bearings are fine. i just took everything out of the entire housing. the differential housing i had before was broken in two.. i don't know why. im guessing the pinion gear it or something and broke it.. its got big problems, so i had to replace it. does anyone know why it vibrates?! please help me! could the backlash be off?

Did you check the carrier run out when you installed it?

maybe it's an out of balance drive shaft

i found out the problem.. the ring and pinion gear had some small chips on them. i had to end up replacing both the ring and the pinion. thanks guys for all your feedback and i appreciate it alot!
