relays needed?
this weekend im placing a 87-91 all power door on my 81. the lock and the power window have two wires. please does anyone know where i can get info on if i need to use relays and if which one is ground and power and what wires are in the switch. thanks any info would help

On my 88 there are no relays for the power options in the door. Power comes from circuit breaker 12 for the door locks and for the window motors it comes from circuit breaker 14 on your fuse block. If there are no circuit breakers in these spots you can put them in and take your power from them.

relays needed?
The door lock motors and window motors are of the reversing polarity type. By this I mean that to make the door locks/windows close you would apply positive to one wire and negative/ground to the other wire. Then to unlock/open windows you would reverse these connections. I hope this helps.
