95 Bronco 5.0 rough idle and cuts off when pedal depressed to the floor

I have been trouble shooting all day and I am worn out so here we go. Since I ran over some of those concrete mushroom things they use to divide roads at 45mph some crazy stuff is going on. Started blowing the pcm maxi fuse under the hood. It stopped that for now as we move on to the current issue. When my engine idles in park it almost sounds like a stroker. If I depress the gas pedal too fast or mash it to the floor it will completely die. I have checked the vacuum lines, distributor, coil, fuel pump runs for 2 seconds and cuts off when ignition is in on position, all fuses are good. I am getting good spark from the coil and to the plugs and fuel to the engine. I can drive and ease it up to speed.
Here is the crazy...the guy who had it before me had a kill switch installed. If I started the truck and then flipped the kill switch it seemed to clear the idle up a bit. I removed the kill switch. He also has a wire coming from bundle originating in the steering column and it disappears under the floor shifter for the C6. I have seen every possible solution from the map sensor, tps, and a ton of other things. I have a buddy that is a mechanic coming over tomorrow. Anybody have suggestions on where to start? Thank you for any help you can give.

Only bringing this up because it seems to have resolved my issue: check your fuel filter. Perhaps running over the mushroom things? dislodged some gunk that is floating in the filter and clogging the line at WOT.

Yeah that thought ran across my mind. I will pick up a new one... couldnt hurt. Also after running through it with a buddy it is running really rich. Going to change the map sensor as well. Will keep everyone updated

Have you ever run the Key On Engine Off (KOEO) tests and stored code (CM) display?

Many times there can be an issue without triggering a Check Engine Light (CEL).
