I bought a 17 Lariat CCSB back at the beginning of October 17. Had the truck less than a day and the inside cabin lights stop working. Long story short, the dealership said it had a seam on the passenger door that allowed water to get in and short out my lights. My question is, should something like that take over 2 weeks to repair? It’s really going on 3 weeks and I’m really starting to lose my patience cause now they’ve had my truck longer than I have...
Maybe that’s it. I’m just disappointed cause it took them a week to tell me what they think is wrong with it then now they’ve had it going on an additional 3 weeks and they still haven’t given me a solid time frame for its repair. Besides the light issues, the truck has exceeded my expectations for the short time I had it in my possession.
You could always check and see what the lemon law is in your state. Kentucky is 30 days out of service for the same problem. You wouldn't be far away at 1 week to tell you and the additional 3 weeks. You may have already hit it. Check your state if interested.
