I just ordered tunes/ezlynk from GDP Tuning. Should have everything on Wednesday I believe and then its time to install!

 

Anyone have any experience with Tyrant tunes. I considering them as well as GDP

 

I have never heard of Tyrant tunes but that doesn't really mean anything. There are hundreds of tuners out there that are really good. Hard to explain why some companies blow up so big and others dont when they sell the same exact product. I would recommend going the EZ LYNK route though. So whatever company you use, make sure they work with EZ LYNK. GDP has a cool SWOTF button that is digital. They also make a nice delete kit.

 

There IS NO warranty!!!! See the Factory installed decal on the radiator support cover, it's VERY clear and specific to modifications!


Keep in mind that modifications are different than using aftermarket parts, which are totally ok to use and legal per the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

 

Do I need to turn off all emissions before deleting or does the no emmisions tunes take care of all of this.

 

Tune the truck, then remove stuff. That way if the tune doesn’t take, you still have all your stuff on it.,,
