-96 F350 E4OD shift problem

Hi. I have an issue with my transmission and it's been like this for a month or two.

When I put it in reverse the rpm's drops way down when it's cool. After driving around for a bit it's all fine and the reverse is as it should. But it takes a sekond or two to the gear to engage.

Last few days it has starting to act out when I put it in drive. Sometimes it's not engaging at all and sometimes it does. When it does it engages directly and feels as it use to. When it engages and I drive it shifts through the gears perfectly.

As I live in Sweden I don't have easy access to parts or people who are good at these things.

Sorry for the spelling.

Does it have a lot of miles on it? Sounds like low line press.

About 200.000

My first thought was that it didn't get the right pressure. The trans service is overdue but the oil looks fine.
