after I get everything cut I'll take my grinder and make the cuts look better and get all the sharp edges out of the way, pick up some engine degreaser and wash the engine bay real good and I don't know if I want to spray can it or use Por-15

Thanks Pat, I like this project so far, the gauge mount is cool till I get pulled over, I don't think a cop would like that to much lol
