The fronts will fit perfect. The rear won't work because of the folding box under the back seat on the Super Duty.

In my experience the ‘16 F150 mats will not work in the ‘17 F250. The passenger side is the same, but the driver side is different. The F150 has a raised area to rest your foot, and the F250 does not.

This is true. I just traded my 2016 F-150 on an F-250. I saved the Husky Liners to put in my F-250. No dice. Now I need to sell those for the correct mats. The driver's side does not have the hump under the left foot like the F-150. The back matt is nowhere close.
