Ford Service, Positive comments
Since I was vocally negative towards Ford Svc. last year when I had to deal with them I feel it's only fair that I give equal time to a POSITIVE dealing. I've had a check engine light on my dash that's been off/on for a few weeks. I finally got it in this morning. They took it in right away and in about an hour came to tell me what it was, it was covered under the engine warranty (still at 55000mi), that they had the part and it would be done in about a half hour. We spoke about up coming services required. For anyone here in the Central Jersey area it was All American FORD in Old Bridge, NJ. So far, in my opinion that is, this is the "Go to dealer" for service in the area. At least for me that is.
