Towing 10k with 37's and 4.88's

Got to love the internet, it makes people blunt and honest....
It’s a 3.5†front 3†rear lift, just using larger blocks in the rear. I lost a 1/2†of rake, but my truck doesn’t have a high payload package or anything. It does ride good for a 3/4 ton. The bed probably has 7-800 pounds in it, and the trailer is packed. That’s a 37 foot camper, look at the distance from the trailer tires to the hitch. I could stand a bigger WD hitch, as this is a carry over from my previous smaller camper. So, lots of things contributing to the sag, but in short, it just needs some help with air bags. My trip home was only about 20 miles, and no interstate. I will also say, pictures seem to magnify what it looks like in person. And a regular 1/2 ton would probably be sitting on the bump stops.

In all seriousness, I am trying not to use apostrophes. But it is hard to do. The first page of this thread talks all about it. I am hoping Apple will have an update that fixes this soon.

I've got a 6.2 with 37s and 4.30s just rolled across the scales last week just under 24k and I could believe how well the gasser pulled that load. It would get into 4th pulling a few hills but imo did great considering I'll probably never have another load that big again.
what are your rpms @ 70mph? I'm right at 2000 rpms. I took about a 300 mile road trip yesterday empty (me and 4 passengers) ran 75 mph and ended up 14.0 mpg hand calculated and adjusted for 6% larger tires.

Since I have the 3.73 I have been contemplating getting 4.30 gears. I was wondering did you have to adjust anything for your speedo and transmission to play nice with your new gears? With my jeep I had to flash the ECM otherwise the Jeep goes into limp mode.

Speedo is strictly off tire size. But I did have to program the computer for the 4.88s. 4.30, 4.56, and 4.88 are all available in the computer to choose from. Any dealer or shop with IDS can do this. Most hand held tuners can do it, or do it yourself with FORScan.
The truck would want to hold way to high of a gear at low speeds before the reflash.

Edit: just realized you were not asking me, sorry.
