Ordered a 18 ccsb that stickered at 63625.00 invoice of 59992.82 says he'll sell for 59492.82 (500 under invoice) minus my trade and any rebates. Comparing to some of the deals here its not a great deal? right?

Mine stickered at $61,500 and we got it for $53k, so no...not a good deal. Granted mine was off the lot, not an order.

I'm hearing somewhere around 10-15 % under invoice is realistic?

No, not really. That's only ~6% off MSRP before rebates. I got ~10% off MSRP before rebates.

$500 under invoice is a pretty fair deal for both sides in my opinion. That happens to be the same that I paid.

I paid about 8K under MSRP, sounds like that dealer doesnt want to play.

$500 under invoice isn't a bad deal.

89-90% of MSRP before rebates is obtainable with a little dealer shopping.

right now 10-15% below msrp including rebates is about the going rate
10% at minimum

Sounds like a decent deal for an'18, not so good if it was a '17.

I paid $1000 under their invoice. Truck competition is fierce in Minnesota! They're just dipping into there generous Ford Holdback and still making a fair profit.

I also payed $1000 under invoice and then rebates at the time of delivery. .. This was negotiated on 12/01/2016 for MY17 so I would think you should be able to at least get this kind of deal if not move along to the next dealer.

The hold back on the sticker is roughly $1908 so keep that in mind... mabey ask them to split the hold back with you

I may actually fly out to Whitesboro Texas (Almost Ok) and buy a truck from Holiday Ford. That's 1250 miles from me. But they give you invoice plus all of their holdback. Depending on where you are it's half my distance.
Something to consider. If interested pm me, and I'll give you the guy I will deal with.

Not sure if I'm reading your post right, but the best advise I have, would have been to negotiate the price before you ordered it.

Just curious where in Illinois are you? I am also from Illinois and went in my local dealer where I had bought 2 F250's, 2 Shelbys and an Expedition, all new and in the last 9 years. Always got a decent deal or so I thought until I tried to buy a new 17 250 about 2 months ago. All they would do is about 6K off sticker so I told them I had been looking on line and Holzhauer Ford, only 30 miles away in Nashville had want I wanted for 9K off sticker. They just laughed and said those deals aren't real and I would just come away pissed if I tried to make a deal there. Nevertheless I gave them the opportunity to match the deal as they had an identical truck sitting on the lot but they wouldn't do it. Needless to say I drove 30 miles and saved another 3K in doing so. My truck, a CCSB Lariat 4 x 4 diesel, stickered for $65,450 and I bought it for $56456 so $8994 under sticker to be exact. And to top it off I get free oil changes for the life of my truck which is something I never got at my local dealer.
