I am in the process of trying to replace the cab bushings on my 2009 F250. I can get the bolts out but the metal saucers that the bolts go through I can get them apart after the bolt is removed. Anybody know of where I can get some replacements? Or advice on getting them removed?

I believe those are threaded together and you have to unscrew them from each other. Another fine example of Ford over-complicated engineering with steel components unprotected from corrosion while integrating cheap eroding rubber body mounts.
there's a number of aftermarket body mount kits available for your truck from Summit Racing, Jegs, and the like made of more durable polyurethane.
This is what I am looking at. I can get the bolt out. But the large washer thing on the bottom I can get to back out. Someone said they unscrew? In all the videos I have seen none of them say anything special about getting these loose. I already have the daystar bushings. Just want to see what I am doing wrong.
