Looking for a GOOD programmer
I bought an X4 and program for my 2011 F550 6.7 a while back and have been fighting a DTC P1551 code since installation. This is a cylinder 1 injector performance code. I had no code before installation of the towing code and removal of EGR and DPF. I have been back and forth with the place I bought it from for 3 months now and they have sent me 3 codes which have had no result in the DTC code going away. If I clear the code it will stay gone until the next key cycle. It runs fine and the MPG increased about 20 % over stock setup. The place i bought the kit from does not do the coding themselves and in depending on someone else to fix it. I am tired of having to clear codes each time i start up. Any one have a connection to fix this?
