When does Ford schedule production?

When does Ford schedule production?

Most manufacturers schedule production a week at a time. It appears Ford schedules 4 weeks out. If I am correct they will be scheduling production for the week of December 11th this week.
Does anyone know what day of the week they schedule?

I've read a few reports on here that orders are pulled on Thursdays. No facts to back that up though.
