I hope the OP found a solution sometime in the last 3 1/2 years...lol! If not, we have our HP10292 leveling kit that offers a 2.5" lift and accommodates up to 35" tires on a 4WD (33" on 2WD). Do you offer lift kits for a 2002 F 250 XLT CC? What's available to give it another 2 or 3 inches of lift. Currently I have stock leaf springs front and rear. What's required if I lift slightly in the front end? Different Pitman arm, stabilizers? I'm new to the whole lifting thing so currently doing my research.

Thanks, and unfortunately we currently only have leveling kits available for the 2005 and newer Ford HDs. I did a quick search online and found other solutions available for the 1999-2004 trucks, so they are out there. With our kits, it's advised to get a wheel alignment done (and readjust headlight aim) after installation, but the replacement of other components isn't specifically required. That said, the suspension set-up on pre-2005 trucks is different and may benefit from the changes you mention. I'm sure that a local alignment shop could steer you in the right direction. ;-)

On a leaf spring 02 you need a simple leveling kit like Summit sells. Its front add a leafs and the track bar relocator
