Good morning woodchucks and **** purveyors. Happy hump day - I could hump pretty much all those sweethearts.
40 degrees warmer today compared to yesterday. Tonight it's back to the deep freeze. Can't get used to this roller coaster.

Good morning Shawn. Pretty big extreme is 24 hrs. It has happened before and will again. Take advantage and do outside stuff

Yup, as soon as there's a bit of daylight I'll be out for a run. Missed the last 2 days because of the meeting schedule. Feeling a bit cooped up so out I'll go.

Hi Pat,
About time you got up. Just finished an 11+ mile run. Have to stay in shape if I'm going to be looking at Jim's teaser pictures.

Only 11 miles? Sheesh, drove more than that this morning, what a slacker......LOL
Morning Jim, Shawn. Shawn, I'd be dead after the first two or so miles....LOL

Just have to build up to it Pat. I didn't start out doing this much but it takes a lot more work at 70 to keep the weight off. Have to keep at it so when my time is up I just drop dead - don't want to rot in a nursing home.
