As it says, the old girl was cranky this morning and didn't want to get out and get the Sunday morning bagles.(It's a NY thing)I cranked it till the voltage got low on torque and put the charger on it and fired up Big Blu(I try not to drive it in bad weather) I know the alt is charging, and will load test the batteries after the full charge. Got a feeling it's FICM time.
Hmm........looks like a glow plug controller is in my future. All the glow plugs show up on torque pro. It started with 90 percent charge. I've got low FICM voltage too,46.5. I'll look on my options on that later(I know,Ed is the man) I've been thinking about getting rid of one SD as it's getting a little tight with coin with maintenance with 2 trucks.
Yep, looks that way. I got a friend that has a parts truck. I'll go borrow it Monday. If it's not raining cats and dogs I'll test the harness for any bad plugs/or harness. After all it just turned 240 on the clock.
Also check your plugs/harness connectors on the gpcm. Ive found them slightly unpluged before. They tend to back off and unplug themselves from time to time.
