Using Stock Valve Covers with Roller Rockers

Does anybody know if any certain brand of full roller rockers have a lower profile than others? THe valve covers are early 80's. I want to use my stock valve covers with a mild flat tappet cam. The heads I bought were RHS 35014:

I know that the Crane brand 1.7 ratio which Ford used on the OEM versions of the 5.0L & 5.8L engines in the '93 Cobra Mustang & Lighting PU will fit the stamped steel valve covers that came on these engines.
