Anyone installed, fabricated, bought some sort of dead pedal in their X or super duty? I hate my left foot's position when driving. Its uncomfortable and forces my thigh into the seat and that's uncomfortable to.
If I make one for production, how many of you guys would buy it? Need a count to see if its worthwhile to do. Lets the other 250/350 superduty guys know too.
If the count is high enough I can make a mockup to show. Probably between 60-100 each depending.
I might be interested. Depends on the cost and design. After not finding anything I was considering just sourcing a late model vw piece. Do you have an idea on the design already? I would like to support other fte users.
It would be cool if this pedal could be adapted for the passenger side (left and right dummy pedals for pass side)
My wife finds the seat too high (even on it's lowest setting) she has a variety of things she's tried to put on the floor to elevate her feet.
I'd also volunteer for beta testing, we have a 2100 mile move after Thanksgiving from FL to CO!
I screwed two pieces of 2X4 together to make a wider block. Then, I cut a triangular block from it and secured in to the floor mat with velcro. It seems fine so far - nice to have a place to rest my foot.

I'd be in for one for my 2003 Ex. Sight unseen, your work is impeccable.
My Mustang GT had a dead pedal on the far left, i ripped it out, because it was cramping me up, im 6ft 5 btw, and the hump it mounted to was still there so i set both feet on the hump and pushed with all my strength and the hump popped in flat with the rest of the floor, i have been happy with it ever since.
