Driveline Help

I have a 1960 f100 longbed v8 292 - I put in a t98 4 on the floor transmission and i have to get my driveline done up. I bought a two piece driveline that will work with my setup but i need to get them lengthen.

I bought a carrier bearing but does it require a mounting plate, because im not seeing any holes that line up? Secondly has anyone done a one piece driveline.

Pictures would be a great help of the carrier bearing area location

I don't think the relatively short wheelbase would rule out using a one piece. The wheelbase is only a couple inches longer than a 70s shortbed and they are one piece. Measure how long it needs to be and ask a good driveline shop.

Great point, thanks for the reassurance! Time to get one made!
