Replacement of the arm is probably the easiest way to ensure it is fixed properly. Removing the arm and bending it back is the cheapest, but harder to get it right. There's also a chance you could place the jack in front of the mount and bend it back, but that's a hail mary.
Yeah that's why I know that little mistake is probably about a 400 fix in parts alone. So might aswell replace both sides.
so I'm looking at 2 radius arms L + R.
dual shock mounts look okish, so might aswell get new ones so L + R, the 1 1/8 nuts for the end for both sides of the Radius Arms. Have all new Hardware for the bushings.
the upper spring clip looks ok on both sides so might be salvageable.
the lower bolt in the spring tower I'm already have an idea that's going to be a pita. So need two of those L + R.

just been soaking everything here with some penetrant so that's more or less my Hail Mary till I get the parts in.
Just keep soaking them like you are. My left radius arm broke this summer, where the stud goes into the arm. I didnt have the luxury of waiting so I soaked it down over night, and the next day it came apart fairly easily. I ordered the arm from Oriellys and they got it overnight. Think it was 60 bucks. Came with new nut too.
The hardest part of the assembly to get apart was the bolts that go into the TTB arm through the radius arm. They were grungy from road grime and there really isn't a good way to soak them without diassembling the knuckle, so if you have the little red hose on your nozzle of chosen spray, just try your best to shoot around the outer u joint.
That LMC? Did you compare prices elsewhere? I reused all my hardware bolts etcetera but they cam out reusable. It all depends on what you want or need to replace. Have you already taken the radius arm bushings out? Is the bracket pocket ok or is it beat up? I'm pretty sure that's why mine failed, when I bought the truck the bushings were gone and the arms had been beating around in the brackets. Well, I replaced the brackets and bushings. I inspected the arms and they appeared fine so back together it went. But, I'm guessing there were small cracks that I couldn't see that grew over the next couple of years till it failed.

I was going to go that way, but they wanted $30 for an arm. That was half of new so I went new.
I took a couple fronts apart to make one about a month ago. The bolts that hold the arm to the housing are no fun. I ended up pulling the axle shafts and using fire. They came out very quickly after that.
I'm about to tackle the radius arm bracket and bushing on my '95 2WD. Anyone know if there is a torque spec for the big 1-1/8" nut on the trailing end of the radius arm? Haynes seems to list everything but.
