2 or 4 wheel ABS..2wd

How would one know? I'm Purdy sure I got no abs up front because the connectors are zipties to the frame. Reason being, I'm looking to replace my rotors and I'm getn thrown the question(rockauto mc rotors)...

your 99 should have 4 wheel ABS.
but it is very possible someone deleted the ABS because they did not want to pay the extra $2 per rotor for the ABS rings.
