I got the stickers and a lanyard in the mail back in April ,but I still have not received the hat yet. I have the Club FTE Silver + Membership which I thought included the hat.

I didn't realize until today that membership level no longer offers the hat. Back in March when I paid my membership it included a hat instead of the "All-New *2017* Ford-Truck Enthusiast Pint Glass". I feel like I should at least get a hat or the new glass that's being offered in it's place since I paid for the $30 dollar membership. It shows that's the level of membership I paid for in my account.

What is the expected time for delivery? I have been checking the mail and so far no delivery. And based on following posts, is there something I did not do on my end?
