I didn't realize until today that membership level no longer offers the hat. Back in March when I paid my membership it included a hat instead of the "All-New *2017* Ford-Truck Enthusiast Pint Glass". I feel like I should at least get a hat or the new glass that's being offered in it's place since I paid for the $30 dollar membership. It shows that's the level of membership I paid for in my account.

I paid for my membership almost 3 1/2 months ago and still haven't received my club gifts.

 

Did you get the PM and fill out the form back when you first signed up?

Ah you know what, what does it matter? You didn't get your stuff, so regardless, ya have to fill one out.

I remember getting a welcome PM but I don't remember any form that needed to be completed. I've checked my message box and it only goes back to 8 June but I joined before that. I may not have known what the PM was and deleted it... not sure.

What is the expected time for delivery? I have been checking the mail and so far no delivery. And based on following posts, is there something I did not do on my end?
