I could be wrong, but I think the warranty stays with the vehicle. Maybe you can work it into the deal for the dealer to give you something toward an ESP for the newer truck since they should be able to get more out of yours for having the ESP on it.

Contact Ford ESP directly and they will refund (prorated) your warranty:

Found this on a quick Google search: All Ford ESP contracts can be canceled for a full refund within 30 days (if you have not used any aspect of the plan). If you sell your vehicle with an active Ford ESP contract you can transfer the remainder of your contract to the next owner for a small fee. Best thing to do is call Ford CS and verify.
