Hey, take care of yourself. Drink lots of OJ, and water. (stay away from the soda's) See a Doc. if you haven't already.
Stay indoors, and get plenty of rest, and you'll be fine.

That statement alone makes the probability of you actually having CFS extremely remote. You CANNOT diagnose anything with a book, this is why doctors are rich.
FACT::
Over 90% of book read self diagnoses disorders, are hypochondriasis. This is where a symptom is read, and a condition feared.
If you have a health concern, go see a professional health care practitioner - not necessarily an alopathic doctor (the usual kind) but maybe a hollistic healer, or herbalist. People regard such practitioners as quacks, but they know FAR more about the problems of the body than do Alopathic doctors who treat only symptoms, and leave the problem alone.. (I know, I have annoyed all the general practice doctors on the site....)
CFS is something very serious. No one really knows what causes it. My dad has it, and there's a very good possibility that I have it as well. It is either genetic or a form of a chemical imbalance. CFS is similar to a cold, but - it never goes away. The medicines that help it are not cold medicines, but anti-depression drugs.
I have done research on it and may have tracked it down to a combination of 3 mental illnesses. Now if you really had full blown CFS, you would turn into a vegetable for about a year...then slowly recover and stabilize in the next 10.
that sounds like Mono to me...my roommate got it and looked and felt like he was gonna die for like a month...couldn't eat was tired all the time ran fevers on and off would be constantly cold. You might wanna see a doctor
I may have this. I didnt know they had a name for it
I work at a high stress job, and take care of the house, and always busy, never sleep... and when I do sleep on my off day, I can sleep 12 hours and still be tired...
How do you find out if you have it?
BTW - Im on Anti-Depressants, and high blood pressure meds also
