Idle Problem

I have a 93 4x4 4.0 ranger and I need help.

It idles rough and dies. I can't put it into gear without it dying, but if I push on the accelerator it will stay running and seems to run great when revved up. When I unplug the TPS sensor (New part) it idles much better, at about 700 rpm instead of 3-400, but just a little rough still. If I push on the accelerator with the sensor unplugged it wants to die. I blew cigar smoke into the vacuum system and there are no leaks after the MAF. The temperature gauge on the dash moves a little when you turn the key, but never goes above the C even though I can feel the hoses are hot. is not working, The valve cover is leaking some oil onto the exhaust manifold, and the coolant is low. I'm completely stumped so I just listed everything I know is wrong with it, relevant or not. I'm starting to think a problem with the throttle body or intake manifold. I replaced the Spark plugs, Fuel filler hose, fuel pump, pressure regulator, PCV valve, TPS, IAC, and MAF.
