Jeff's Bronco Graveyard

Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone and share my experience with the bronco graveyard . I recently ordered stainless transmission lines. They came in the mail in a reasonable amount of time ( I am in ontario, canada). They sat on my bench for a couple of weeks unroll I was motivated ...we all know how that goes... well it turns out I received the wrong lines. I emailed bg late on a Sunday night. By Monday afternoon they confirmed I had received the wrong lines and would ship me the correct ones right away at no charge! And they don't require the others shipped back! I have found there customer service exceptional so far! Anyone else have a good experience?
Cheers
Brent

My only complaint is that their prices are 1.25-1.5X higher than anywhere else. Otherwise, great service from them.

With one exception I've had good service & fast delivery from JBG.

The one disappointment was two license plate lights I ordered for my Brother's Bronco. The ones on the JBG site show them with Ford script on them but when they arrived they had no script. At $30 each I expected better but since they were a birthday gift I kept them and gave them as a gift.

I ordered the extended gas tank from them W/O the emission hole. Realized I ordered the wrong one about 2-3hrs later and called them.
"Hey, I placed an order a couple hours ago for an extended gas tank and I ordered the wrong one."
"OH you must be Brian. Did you need the one with the emission hole? I can swap it for you no problem."

and that was that. Got the correct one in the mail 3 days after I ordered it even with the mix up.

I like that they tend have the parts cheaper then the manufacturer lists them for as well. Sure I can find it cheaper on ebay, but with ebay you never know what you'll actually get.

My only complaint with JBG is the item photo quality and their item descriptions are lacking.

They are a bit more expensive, but I have always had a good experience dealing with them.

Re

I am local so can't speed to shipping

By only complaint was the cardboard headliner

Was to small, and now falls out of retainer brackets

This is a die cut part at best so hopefully they fixed this

Otherwise avoid this part

I've had pretty good luck with these guys too. I like the way they have the parts organized online. When building a truck from lots of different parts/years their layout makes things very easy.

They used to have terrible customer service, glad they finally started listening to everyone and did something about it.

ordered new stainless brake lines 1/12/17 got 1 tracking number for a 2 box shipment. Ups shows just one box for that tracking number. Of course JBG just closed for the weekend and my 30 lb box is missing. I have new shoes discs master cylander lines, took time off work. They charged me $80 in shipping $60 of it was for this missing box that was shipped seperately.
