Hope everyone had a good weekend. Had two of the grand kids here this weekend, so I was not online checking emails much.

Home sick today. Hate being sick. Hope I'm better tomorrow so I can rock my new Evel Knievel costume at work. Sadly, 90% won't know who he is since they're foreign born.

 

That’s okay, I’m now having odd looks for movie quotes from Blazing Saddles , Monte python, and Rocky Horror. Kids these days.....

 

Not doing anything special for Halloween this year.

Sounds about right. I told my bride that I’ll be hiding myself. The minion isn’t going out either since he got braces.

Since I did not live at these apartments this time last year, I don't know if any of the families here take their kids door to door, so I bought a bag of candy just in case. I made sure to buy something I like in case nobody shows up it will not go to waste.

Or turn off your porch light and put up a "Bah, HUMBUG" note like I do that say's "NO CANDY!"

I could not do that. Mainly because I cannot turn off the porch light. However, I don't think there are that many families here with kids. maybe 4 or 5 Which is interesting considering the largest unit is a one bedroom, Anyway, I would be willing to bet there will be plenty of candy left over for the grand kids when they come over this weekend.

I made the minion do the candy, while I worked on our new phones.

We still have most of a large bowl of Reece’s candies left. (More for me!)

 

Yeah, I have a full bag (minus 6 pieces) of Kit Kat bars as nobody showed up. That is okay, as I can eat them. And the grand kids will be here again this weekend, so they can help. Assuming I don't eat them all before then. LOL
