A 4.10 with LS would be the bee's knees. I would slide that in our MDCV (see sig) so its overall gearing more suits its moderate speed role. My wife enjoys the snappy go pedal the V10 delivers around town.
Then I'd take the low-mileage 3.73 from the MDCV, drop in a softlocker, and put it in the F250 SD which has 240k on the clock and is whining. The 7.3 PSD in that rig has forged rods so I can safely tune it up to about 400hp. With that much power, no need for 4.10s
