2012 F250 BCM

I have electrical problem with 2012 F250.Windows wasn't working.Old BCM (Body control module) was changed to brend new from Ford Dialer.Windows is working now,but the truck won't start.Switched back to old BCM,truck won't start!

take it back to dealer? Also this is the f150 section.
