Check www.stans-headers.com . He's local to me (Auburn WA). They make quality stuff 3/8" flanges and 14 gauge tubes. P/N 251y for your years and motors. They fit like a glove. I have a set on my 86 F-250 4X4 with a 460 4 speed.

well it was almost what i was looking for the codes for the headers state "fits auto only" but iam going to call and see what they cld do for me...thanks
His headers are very nice quality. The back of the flange is fully welded and milled flat like the stock manifolds so they seal really good against the head. The collectors are a ball flange so there is no gasket to blow out. I used Earls header gasket's from Summit Racing. The have a stainless plate with a thick foil O-Ring's that do the sealing.
The headers are a litttle pricey but they are hand made and fairly heavey. Good luck.
