Swapping 82 351w to a 7.3idi

I found someone selling a 7.3 idi and a 5 speed transmission for a pretty good price. I was wondering how hard of a job this would be. He is swapping to a gasjob motor and would give me everything needed even the motor mounts. What should i expect to pay by the time this is all installed. The only reason im even thinking about this swap is because it was my grandfathers old truck and this motor is a really good deal. The guy will let us try out the motor and transmission before he pulls it out of his towtruck.

Be sure to get the motor mount perches that are riveted to the frame. I believe they're different for an IDI. I don't know if the crossmembers are different, I suspect it's only the 460 crossmember that is different.

Before you put that IDI in your truck at install head studs, head gaskets, and reseal everything while it's out. Gaskets, RTV, front and rear main seals. I would also pull the main and rod caps to verify it's all good. You'll need an IDI radiator as well, not cheap to get a brass/copper or aluminum rad. You'll also need the IDI radiator support to fit the taller radiator.
