Well the 2018 changes were a total bust so doing a little back calculating... Assuming the super duty gets back on track with August arrival to dealers (yes probably isn't going to happen), typical order banks open the middle of May for August delivery. I noticed the member blwnsmoke posted the 2018 order banks back in April, or 5 months prior to the opening date, which would say IF the 19's are going to show up to dealers in August we should at least know order bank dates sometime in December...???
Nobody has a single clue of when the 18 orders will close. Yes it could work like the 17s where the 17s opened in April of 2016 with a July startup. But you are 6 months out from knowing anything about 2019.
2018 was a carryover from 17 but 2019 will have new powertrain options including the new 10 Speed Auto and a eco-boost gas motor. A grill update, some package sorting and more availability on the LEDs. Possibly in auto-trac all-wheel-drive transfer case setting similar to the F150. Also heard rumblings of an aggressive off road package similar to the power wagon.

If you think the 2019s will be any major difference from 2017 or 2018, you are smoking crack...
Nope never expected major changes, but they could have at least kept the same cab as the 150's and included the B&O stereo and wifi hotspot. For me wanting a platinum the truck went backwards by adding nothing new and removing the light up sillplates... So yes total bust! Trucks shouldn't get worse from year to year.

See above
where did you hear that the cab was changing still has the same as F150

I am not sure I understand your question. The assumption was that since the 150/250/350 all share the same cab everyone thought that the 2018 super duty would also get the upgrades the 2018 150 received like the B&O stereo and the wifi hotspot. This makes sense from a manufacturing/volume/cost standpoint. The fact the super duty did not receive these changes for 2018 means they no longer share the same cab aspects. (stereo hardware is different, wiring harnesses, routings, cab antenna, etc.)
Just baffling as to why the super duty didn't follow suite with the 150
+1. Would love to see some reliable data about planned engine and transmission options.
I've seen a lot of opinions but no real confirmations. I'll buy an '18 tomorrow if there's no reason to wait for a '19. Can anyone say they have real insider info or is this just educated speculation? I'm super excited and ready to buy but I'll wait a few months if it's worth it...

what exactly do you want to know? No redesign, no engine change and the 10 speed has already been confirmed for the 2020MY.
I can confirm that the only real change is the Sport package option. My contact has the 19 Order Guide.
