gas mileage question
Does any one have any idea on what the gas mileage would be on a 96 F250 ext cab short bed 4X4. With the 460 gas V8 with autotragic tranny. pending you drive normal "foot not matted all the time." Mixed highway/ town driving. I was hoping 10 mpg But i think i am way off.

Larry is correct. There really isn't anything you can do to a 460 to get it out of that 8-12 range. If it is below 8 something is wrong, if it is above 12, something is probable wrong. I get about 12 with the ride in my sig.
